Our History
Founded in 2008, 4A Contracting has been a full service General Contractor and Builder, providing quality construction services for almost 20 years. Our team has completed a wide variety of projects including commercial buildings, residential homes, and industrial facilities. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Although we can build entire homes, our primary focus for marketing at the moment is basement finishing. That does not mean that we will not touch other projects that intrigue us. Give us a call today and lets make your dreams come to life!

Basements
If 2020 taught us anything, it was that a finished basement is an absolute must. That extra space made all the difference in the world. We aim to make this as easy of a process as possible.
The way that this works is:
1. Initial call and exchange of information
2. On site evaluation resulting in a detailed CAD drawing of the area which is able to be modified depending on desired design features and eventually be submitted in the permit applications.
3. Design and final cost consultation
4. Pre construction meeting on site
5. Basement construction
6. Any interior decorating that needs to be done.
7. FInal walk through and photos
Bathrooms
Bathrooms are a great addition to a basement. Most basements have some pipes sticking out of the ground which is a rough in for a bathroom. If not they can always be added. The ability to cater to guests or even have the in-laws stay for a bit is a game changer when there's a dedicated bathroom. Bathrooms start at a basic level but can always be upgraded to a very lavish finish if desired.
Theaters
You don't know you need one until you have it. Then its an amazing family and friends experience.
Bars/ kitchenette/ in-law suite
You would be amazed at how often the need for a kitchenette or bar area arises in the basement setting. We have had some where a bar is wanted for regular social events such as poker night. We have had some where the family has to move the in-laws or a distant relative in and their own small kitchen area is needed. We have had some where the family enjoys large family BBQ's on the patio and needs a catering and prep area. The sky is the limit with this and we can adjust to your needs easily.
Entertainment areas
The needs of an entertainment area change almost daily. We have done blank "rec rooms", 9 big screens on one wall so all of the NCAA games could be seen at the same time, putting greens, billiards and game rooms, stages, etc. Give us something to work with and we will gladly build it!
Security Rooms/ Vaults
Privileged and confidential. Built to individual spec. This is something to be discussed in person.
In-Home Gyms and studios
Fitness comes first. The ability to get a workout in whenever you need without having to leave the house is great. We have done basic in home gyms, Barre/ballet studios, Jujitsu and wrestling arenas, and some other abstract things such as Ariel silks, "Pole fitness", and climbing walls.
Foundation repairs and foundation waterproofing and flood mitigation
I can't count how many times we have come across foundation issues and floods. The conditions must be right prior to building or rebuilding anything. The foundation always must be addressed before finishing off a basement. From cracks and waterproofing to engineering and larger repairs we have the ability to make that happen. As for the flooding aspect, we have IICRC certified staff and deal with insurance companies regularly. Our team of professionals are standing by with the solutions you need.
Egress windows and doors
One of the big things that comes up with basements is Egress in order to create another bedroom or livable space. We have the ability to make that happen. Our team of professionals is standing by with the solutions you need.
